Hello dear readers.
Nobody had never forgotten once, under any circumstance. We all forget.
It is most likely due to our inattention - when we are not focusing our attention on what we do, what we see, or what we hear or read. This could be because of our uncomfortable state or, our thoughts, that appeared at that moment and seemed so important to us that we had to take care of them at the same moment that something happened.
But, there are also situations when you started to notice that you started to suffer from forgetfulness often, even in everyday life - for example, you forgot where you put the TV remote control ... and so on.
A conversation started about a movie, and the name of the actor (or actress) got out of your head. Someone close to you asked you to buy something, and you totally forgot about it while doing business.
Experts say in such situations that if the memory begins to fail, it is worth starting to train it, to give it extra work. Thanks to her regular training, she will be in great shape again.
Once, I read that Pythagoras the Great was also interested in this issue. Even on the basis of practically studying the question of forgetting, he deduced a method for dealing with it. This method, due to its effectiveness and efficiency, is named after its author - it began to be called the Pythagorean method. This method is still considered the most simple and effective way to combat forgetfulness.
What is its essence?
It is recommended (it is best to do this before bed) to start remembering all the events of the past day. And doing it meticulously, meticulously, meticulously, down to the smallest detail.
What did you do? What did they say ? What did you put and where? Who, where and when they met.
And so - try to remember everything that happened to you throughout the day. The first times, as a rule, it will be difficult to remember everything that happened.
Including, correctly remember the sequence of events. This is normal, as details are usually erased from memory very quickly. But after a few days of these actions, you will notice that you have started intuitively fixing many moments in the head, thus starting the process of combating forgetfulness. You will notice that it will be easier for you to remember, for example, the names or tasks that you have to perform.
Thanks to the Pythagorean technique, you can reconsider your actions and your lifestyle - to understand what is really important and what is not. You will begin to appreciate more in every moment that you live. The Pythagorean method is also a good trainer for those suffering from insomnia. You will start to fall asleep faster and more peacefully.
Thanks for attention!
